Gofer WorksSMS terms
These terms cover text messages sent through Gofer Works, by Gofer Works LLC on behalf of the local home-service businesses that use it (HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies).
What messages you'll get
When you call one of these businesses and nobody answers, you get a text reply about your inquiry. If you reply, you may get more messages to help you schedule service, plus appointment confirmations and follow-ups for that request. That is all. These texts are customer care replies to your own call or text.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
How you opt in
You start the conversation by calling or texting the business's public phone number. If the call goes unanswered, a short recorded message tells you a text follow-up will be sent, and one text reply is sent. Further texts are sent only if you reply. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Msg & data rates may apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts from that number. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@goferworks.com.
Other terms
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We handle your information as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
